Steve has been skipping rope since the age of six. His passion for skipping rope started when he was recruited by a school teach to participate in a local skipping rope program. Skipping rope helped boost his confidence and coordination while playing a key role in helping him go on to be Mr. Basketball of South Carolina in 1990 as well as the recipient of a full basketball scholarship. After a short stint playing professional basketball in Europe, Steve earned his degree in Health and Exercise Science at Furman University.

Steve has 22 years of experience in healthcare as a successful pharmaceutical leader, developing high- achieving sales cultures and driving triple-digit product performance for multibillion-dollar companies. He has facilitated three start-ups and seven new product launches.
